Summary

The Digital Business Associate plays a pivotal role in driving digital growth and enhancing online presence for the organization within the dynamic marketing landscape. This position is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross -functional teams to align digital strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, data -driven professional with a strong grasp of digital tools, content creation, and customer engagement. This role is instrumental in increasing brand visibility, improving lead generation, and supporting revenue growth through innovative digital initiatives. As a key contributor to the marketing team, the Digital Business Associate ensures that digital efforts are scalable, measurable, and aligned with both current market trends and long -term business goals.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and other online channels.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) to optimize results.
Create and curate engaging digital content (text, visuals, videos) tailored to target audiences and brand voice.
Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries.
Support SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid search visibility.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high -quality digital assets.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Stay updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and platform updates to maintain competitive advantage.
Assist in lead generation efforts through targeted digital outreach and conversion optimization.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content development.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data -informed decisions.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and evolving digital landscapes.
