Digital Engineering Staff Engineer

3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Data Migration, with proven expertise in LTMC and LSMW. Knowledge of ABAP is a plus and considered an added advantage. Deep understanding of LTMOM, including the ability to create custom structures, perform mapping, and define event- or field-based rules. Experience in at least one full-cycle Data Migration implementation project. Strong debugging skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues during data load. Basic functional knowledge of SAP modules such as Material Management (MM), Finance (FI), Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), and Procurement. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with clients, gather requirements, clarify issues, and manage escalations. --- Collaborate with Functional Owners to gather requirements and clarify any doubts or issues. Independently develop LTMC and LSMW objects as per the Functional Specifications. Prepare and maintain Design Specifications in Solution Manager. Monitor and update the JIRA dashboard for ongoing tickets across multiple waves, ensuring SLA compliance. Debug and resolve errors encountered during data upload activities.
