As a Manager – Digital Manufacturing, you will lead teams within our Operations practice, focusing on product development and manufacturing. You will be responsible for driving client engagement workstreams, supervising teams, and independently solving complex problems to deliver exceptional results. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor junior staff, manage client accounts, and strategically plan and execute projects. You are accountable for maintaining project success and upholding professional standards, all while articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities
- Leading digital manufacturing initiatives and managing client support operations
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps
- Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize manufacturing processes and cost analysis
- Conducting feasibility studies and process simulations to enhance product development
- Implementing lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodologies for operational efficiency
- Developing go-to-market strategies and product positioning to drive growth management
- Overseeing product lifecycle management and production control to maintain compliance and standards
- Embracing emerging technologies and fostering creativity in product ideation and development
- Coaching and providing feedback to team members to promote service excellence and teamwork
- Building relationships with stakeholders to support operations strategy and supply chain management
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
