Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email marketing (EDMs), social media, and display advertising.
Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms to increase brand awareness and generate a minimum of 20 quality leads per month.
Monitor budgets, targeting, creatives, and performance metrics to improve ROI
Plan, monitor, and manage the company’s ongoing presence across all social media platforms
Schedule and publish all social media posts as per the content calendar
Strategize platform -wise social media plans in collaboration with the Content Marketing team
Drive consistent growth in followers, engagement, and overall social media performance
Generate weekly social media performance reports covering postings, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Measure and evaluate digital marketing campaign performance against defined goals and KPIs
Prepare weekly performance reports for all digital activities, including paid campaigns, website traffic, leads, and social media metrics
Analyze insights and recommend optimization strategies based on performance data
Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, as and when required
Create, optimize, and manage high -conversion landing pages on WordPress
Ensure website content, forms, and CTAs are aligned with campaign objectives
Design and execute email marketing campaigns (EDMs)
Maintain, manage, and regularly update marketing databases
Execute email campaigns in a timely and compliant manner
Track email performance metrics such as open rates, CTRs, and conversions
Improve Google page rankings through ongoing SEO optimization
Monitor keyword performance and optimize website pages for search visibility
Ensure on -page SEO best practices are followed across web and landing pages
Design and manage digital marketing journeys and processes to ensure smooth and efficient campaign execution.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment across content, design, and performance marketing
Identify innovative ways to capture customer attention and improve engagement across channel
We are looking for a results -driven Performance Marketing & Digital Growth Manager who will own end -to -end digital marketing strategy, execution, and optimization. This role requires a strong mix of performance marketing expertise, analytics capability, and hands -on execution across paid campaigns, SEO, website management, and social media.
If you are someone who thinks in terms of ROI, cost -per -lead, conversions, and growth, this role is for you.
4–7 years of hands -on experience in digital marketing, preferably in IT / B2B services.
Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
Strong working knowledge of:
Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
Google Analytics (GA4)
WordPress
SEO tools
Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns)
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience managing paid campaign budgets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or other digital platforms will be an added advantage.
