Job Description - Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist

1. Digital Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email marketing (EDMs), social media, and display advertising.

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms to increase brand awareness and generate a minimum of 20 quality leads per month.

  • Monitor budgets, targeting, creatives, and performance metrics to improve ROI

2. Social Media Management

  • Plan, monitor, and manage the company’s ongoing presence across all social media platforms

  • Schedule and publish all social media posts as per the content calendar

  • Strategize platform -wise social media plans in collaboration with the Content Marketing team

  • Drive consistent growth in followers, engagement, and overall social media performance

  • Generate weekly social media performance reports covering postings, reach, engagement, and follower growth.

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Measure and evaluate digital marketing campaign performance against defined goals and KPIs

  • Prepare weekly performance reports for all digital activities, including paid campaigns, website traffic, leads, and social media metrics

  • Analyze insights and recommend optimization strategies based on performance data

4. Website & Landing Page Management

  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, as and when required

  • Create, optimize, and manage high -conversion landing pages on WordPress

  • Ensure website content, forms, and CTAs are aligned with campaign objectives

5. Email Marketing & Database Management

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns (EDMs)

  • Maintain, manage, and regularly update marketing databases

  • Execute email campaigns in a timely and compliant manner

  • Track email performance metrics such as open rates, CTRs, and conversions

6. SEO & Online Presence

  • Improve Google page rankings through ongoing SEO optimization

  • Monitor keyword performance and optimize website pages for search visibility

  • Ensure on -page SEO best practices are followed across web and landing pages

7. Process & Journey Ownership

  • Design and manage digital marketing journeys and processes to ensure smooth and efficient campaign execution.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment across content, design, and performance marketing

8. Innovation & Collaboration
  • Brainstorm and explore new digital marketing platforms, tools, and promotional ideas with the team
  • Identify innovative ways to capture customer attention and improve engagement across channel



Requirements

About the Role:

We are looking for a results -driven Performance Marketing & Digital Growth Manager who will own end -to -end digital marketing strategy, execution, and optimization. This role requires a strong mix of performance marketing expertise, analytics capability, and hands -on execution across paid campaigns, SEO, website management, and social media.

If you are someone who thinks in terms of ROI, cost -per -lead, conversions, and growth, this role is for you.


Required Skills & Qualification:

  • 4–7 years of hands -on experience in digital marketing, preferably in IT / B2B services.

  • Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation.

  • Strong working knowledge of:

    • Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads

    • Google Analytics (GA4)

    • WordPress

    • SEO tools

    • Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns)

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Experience managing paid campaign budgets.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or other digital platforms will be an added advantage.
