Digital Marketing & WordPress Specialist

About the Role

ThoughtLogik is looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing & WordPress Specialist to help grow our digital presence and generate B2B leads.

We’re looking for an all-rounder who can combine WordPress development, SEO, design, content and social media marketing. You should be comfortable taking an idea from concept through to design, publishing and measuring the results.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and continuously improve our WordPress website
  
• Build professional service pages, landing pages and campaign pages
  
• Drive SEO through keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO and content
  
• Manage our LinkedIn and social media presence
  
• Create engaging posts, carousels, graphics, case studies and marketing content
  
• Develop and manage a regular content calendar
  
• Support B2B lead-generation campaigns
  
• Create professional designs using Figma, Canva and/or Adobe tools
  
• Support email marketing and digital campaigns
  
• Use GA4, Google Search Console and SEO tools to monitor and improve performance
  
• Research competitors, industry trends and new marketing opportunities
  
• Use AI tools effectively for research, content, SEO and marketing productivity
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing
  
• Strong hands-on WordPress skills
  
• Strong creative and graphic design skills
  
• Good understanding of SEO
  
• Experience managing LinkedIn and social media
  
• Good content writing and communication skills
  
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is desirable
  
• Experience with Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads is a plus
  
• Experience marketing IT services, SaaS, CRM, ERP or B2B technology would be an advantage
