Job Description - Digital Marketing Assotiate

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail -oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and customer engagement. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand’s digital footprint by planning and executing high -impact campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with data -driven strategy to enhance visibility, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth. You will play a key role in optimizing our digital assets, managing content, and collaborating cross -functionally to deliver consistent, compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
Manage and curate content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to maintain brand consistency and engagement.
Implement and oversee SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
Develop compelling, audience -focused content for social media posts, advertisements, website copy, and email campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Drive lead generation efforts and provide timely support to the sales team with targeted marketing initiatives.
Maintain and update website content regularly to ensure accuracy, relevance, and user engagement.
Collaborate with designers to produce high -quality visual assets for marketing materials and digital campaigns.
Manage and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer retention.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing with a strong track record in campaign management and lead generation.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
Strong content creation skills with experience in writing engaging copy for diverse platforms.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and WhatsApp Business API.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements.
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Experience working with design teams and managing creative workflows.
