Job Summary:
The company is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Communication Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media channels, content creation, video production, and digital communication strategies. This role will focus on enhancing our brand presence through innovative and engaging content across various platforms including WeChat, Facebook Live,
and others.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Plan and execute Facebook Live sessions to engage with the audience and promote products.
Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to align with current trends.
Content Creation:
Direct and oversee compelling and original content for various digital platforms, including social media and newsletters.
Ensure all contents are aligned with the company’s brand voice and messaging.
Video Production:
Lead the team in producing high-quality product videos, corporate videos, and lifestyle social videos.
Manage video projects from concept to completion, including monthly videos script writing and video editing.
Oversee and coordinate various corporate and festive video shoots.
Specialized Video Projects:
Plan monthly newsletter videos to keep our audience informed and engaged.
Develop various lifestyle content to promote our products.
Collaborate and manage KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) videos and testimonial videos to build product/brand credibility.
Digital Campaigns:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic and sales.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
Prepare and present regular reports on social media and campaign performance to senior management.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing/ Journalism/ Advertising/ Media or equivalent is preferable.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience and in managerial role in leading a team.
Experience with B2B and B2C social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, event management
Strong leadership skill to lead a team of subordinates of diverse age (20+ - 50+) and races
