Must-Have Requirements

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing


• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads


• Experience managing ₹2–5 Crore+ advertising budgets


• Strong experience in D2C and/or Quick Commerce businesses


• Proven experience in performance marketing, campaign planning, optimization, and ROI/ROAS improvement


• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion funnels, CAC, ROAS, and performance metrics


• Experience handling campaigns at scale with significant monthly spends

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from D2C, E-commerce, Consumer Internet, or Quick Commerce companies


• Strong ownership of performance marketing budgets and business outcomes


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment


• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and optimization skills
