Your Role
You will handle day -to -day
digital execution + lead response systems, ensuring that every inquiry is
responded to quickly and converted into a qualified lead.
Key
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Execution
â Run
SEO (on -page basics, content optimization)
â Manage Google Ads campaigns for international leads
â Support website lead generation & CRO
WhatsApp & Chat Handling (HIGH
PRIORITY)
â Handle inbound inquiries via WhatsApp, website chat & email
â Respond quickly to international prospects
â Use WhatsApp Business API for automation & templates
â Ensure no lead is missed or delayed
Email Marketing (CORE FOCUS)
â Execute email campaigns to global buyers
â Manage lists, segmentation & basic automation
â Send follow -ups and nurture sequences
â Support sales team in outreach campaigns
Zoho CRM & Support Systems
â Update leads in Zoho CRM
â Manage Zoho SalesIQ & Zoho Desk tickets
â Maintain accurate lead data and tracking
KPIs (Very Important)
WhatsApp & Chat KPIs
â Response Time (within minutes)
â Number of conversations handled
â Lead qualification rate
