We are looking for a dynamic Digital
Marketer, who understands the technical side of digital marketing. The
candidate should be a quick learner, smart & innovative to use various
marketing tools & plugins to increase the effectiveness of digital
marketing.
Candidate Expertise:
1) Social
Media Optimization:
a. Should
be expert in managing various social media handles especially Facebook,
Instagram, Linkedin and Twitter
b. Should
have thorough knowledge about Facebook for Business, Google My Business and
Business features of other social media platforms.
c. Should
have an excellent understanding of running ads on various social media
platforms especially Facebook, Linkedin and Google.
d. Should
understand dynamics of Facebook, Google, Linked, Twitter algorithms &
policies
2) Search
Engine Optimization: The candidate should have expert level skills in devising
a strategy for SEO and executing it. Experience with multiple industries will
be preferred.
3) Website:
a. The
candidate should be able to make a basic / eCommerce website on WordPress /
Spotify
b. Should
be able to maintain the website, do alterations (when needed) and do the SEO
for it.
c. Should
be innovative to use various plugins and integrate them with the website so
that customer reach is improved.
4) Campaigns:
a. Should
be an expert in creating and executing campaigns in all the social media
platforms (Google, Facebook, Linkedin etc.), email & SMS campaigns
b. Should
be able to capture database from campaigns and design re -targeting campaign
c. Should
be able to create a workflow for auto campaigns, email and SMS marketing.
5) Communication
Strategy:
a. Should
be able to design a holistic communication for a brand in all the channels
b. Should
have sound knowledge and be updated with the latest keywords, hashtags and
other technical aspects for creating effective communication messages
c. Should
be able to draft basic content and also design basic level creatives for
marketing.
6) Marketing
Tools:
a. Should
know effective and also latest digital marketing tools and plugins.
b. Should
be able to create bot messages for messengers and other social media platforms
c. Should
have knowledge and experience in using marketing automation tools &
services and their integration with website & social media platforms
7) Knowledge
of basic coding, CRM, AWS will be added advantage and will be given preference.
8) The
candidate who keeps track of the latest trend, updates, policy changes (at the
government & social media level) and can adapt digital marketing strategy
will always be preferred.
