Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate quality business leads, and support the growth of our recruitment and staffing services. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content promotion, and lead generation campaigns. This role requires a creative and analytical professional who can independently manage digital initiatives, optimize campaign performance, and contribute to overall business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  


• Generate high-quality leads for recruitment and staffing services.
  


• Manage social media platforms and enhance online brand presence.
  


• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  


• Execute SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and paid marketing initiatives.
  


• Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms.
  


• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular analytical reports.
  


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  


• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  


• Track key performance metrics and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
  

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  


• Experience promoting recruitment, staffing, or B2B services is preferred.
  


• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
  


• Hands-on experience with lead generation and conversion optimization.
  


• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital marketing tools.
  


• Strong content marketing and online branding skills.
  


• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
  


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
