Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result -driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Kolkata. Freshers as well as candidates with experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Lead Generation, Social Media Marketing, SEO/SEM, and campaign optimization are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in the Recruitment, Staffing, HR, Education, Training, or Service industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other online platforms.
  
• Drive lead generation campaigns while optimizing CPL, CPA, ROI, audience targeting, and remarketing strategies.
  
• Perform A/B testing and continuously improve campaign performance.
  
• Manage SEO, SEM, keyword research, website optimization, and Google Analytics reporting.
  
• Create and execute social media marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  
• Coordinate content creation including social media posts, blogs, videos, reels, and marketing creatives.
  
• Track campaign performance and prepare MIS reports using analytics tools.
  
• Support branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, workshops, events, and offline marketing activities.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, agencies, and vendors for marketing materials and campaign execution.
  

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in
  Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Brand Marketing are welcome to apply.​
  
• Experience in the Staffing, HR,
  Recruitment, Education, Training, or Service industry is preferred.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and
  presentation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple marketing
  campaigns and meet deadlines.
