Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
  

• Plan and execute digital campaigns to highlight new collections and offers.
  

• Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience engagement to optimize performance.
  

Customer Engagement & Query Handling

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via social media and WhatsApp.
  

• Offer styling suggestions, detailed product knowledge, and after-sales support.
  

• Maintain a polite and friendly brand tone across all interactions.
  

Lead Generation & Sales Closure

• Identify potential buyers through social engagement and convert interactions into leads.
  

• Follow up with prospects, maintain relationships, and close sales online.
  

• Guide customers through payment, shipping, and post-purchase care.
  

• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media handling, online sales, or customer service (jewelry or luxury retail industry preferred).
  

• Strong communication and persuasive writing skills.
  

• Proficiency in using Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business tools.
  

• Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
  

• Basic understanding of jewelry products (training will be provided).
  

• Proactive, customer-centric, and detail-oriented.
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Instagram Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, or CRM platforms like Zoho.
  

• Basic skills in Canva, simple video editing, and visual content creation.
