About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to build and grow our marketing channels. You'll own campaigns end to end — planning, executing, experimenting, and using AI tools to work efficiently. We're a growing company where priorities can shift and you'll often figure things out as you go, so we're after someone who enjoys taking ownership and seeing results through.

If you're looking for a strictly defined 9-to-5 role, this may not be the best fit — we value flexibility and initiative.

What You'll Own

• Direct marketing: run campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and SEO — from idea to execution to results.
  
• SEO: keyword research, on-page optimisation, and improving our organic visibility.
  
• Design: create your own marketing collateral and creatives in Figma or Photoshop.
  
• AI: use AI tools across content, design, research, and automation to work efficiently.
  
• Experimentation: track what's working, adjust what isn't, and iterate.
  

Who You Are

• Experience: 2–3 years in a digital marketing role.
  
• Background: prior experience at a startup or agency is a must.
  
• Resourceful and proactive: happy to ship something and improve it rather than wait for the perfect plan.
  
• SEO: good SEO fundamentals (on-page, keyword research, technical basics).
  
• AI: fluent with AI tools and keen to adopt ones that save time.
  
• Design: working knowledge of Figma or Photoshop to build your own creatives.
  
• Direct marketing: hands-on with email and WhatsApp marketing.
