Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in executing digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance our online presence and drive engagement with our target audience. This role requires a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging digital channels to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools and metrics to optimize results and drive ROI.Manage social media accounts and communities, including content planning, scheduling, and engagement with followers.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop integrated marketing strategies and initiatives.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our digital presence.Assist in managing digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.Support the development of digital marketing assets, including graphics, videos, and landing pages.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; certification in digital marketing is a plus.Proven experience of 2-3 years in digital marketing roles, preferably in an agency setting.Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Hootsuite.Strong copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for different digital channels.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
