We are seeking a dynamic YouTube Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition across four esteemed jewellery brands: Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems, Krishna Pearls, Krishna House of Silver, and Tavya Jewellery. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping compelling video narratives, optimizing content for maximum reach, and leveraging YouTube’s ecosystem to generate high -quality leads. Your strategic approach to channel growth, SEO, and paid advertising will play a pivotal role in strengthening our digital presence and connecting with audiences during key bridal and festive moments. Responsibilities
Manage and scale YouTube channels for all four brands with a focus on subscriber growth and audience engagement
Develop and schedule high -impact video content including product showcases, short -form reels, tutorials, and brand storytelling videos
Optimize video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) using SEO best practices to improve discoverability and search rankings
Design high -converting thumbnails that enhance click -through rates and align with brand identity
Plan, execute, and monitor YouTube Ads campaigns (skippable, non -skippable, and discovery ads) to drive qualified leads
Analyze competitor strategies and benchmark performance to maintain a competitive edge in views, engagement, and subscriber growth
Generate and present weekly performance reports detailing key metrics such as views, watch time, subscriber growth, and lead conversion
Requirements
Requirements:
• Passion for video content creation and deep engagement with YouTube as a content and marketing platform
• Foundational understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, Shorts, and SEO principles
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Strong visual sense and storytelling ability
• Willingness to learn YouTube Ads, channel growth tactics, and digital marketing fundamentals
