Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to own the end -to -end execution of our inbound organic and paid lead generation strategies. This role is critical to driving scalable B2B and B2C lead acquisition through data -driven SEO and Meta Ads campaigns. You will be responsible for managing our full -funnel digital marketing operations, from technical SEO audits and keyword strategy to campaign architecture, audience targeting, and lead tracking. Your expertise in analytics, automation, and performance optimization will directly impact our ability to acquire high -quality leads efficiently and sustainably.
Responsibilities
Design, launch, and manage high -performing Meta Ads campaigns (Lead Generation and Conversion) across Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.
Implement and maintain accurate tracking via Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI), ensuring seamless integration with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
Build and continuously refine Lookalike Audiences (LLAs), Custom Audiences from CRM data, and layered interest -based targeting strategies.
Execute ongoing A/B testing of ad creatives (UGC, Reels, carousels, static graphics) and ad copy to optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL) and increase Click -Through Rate (CTR).
Conduct regular technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog or Ahrefs to resolve crawl errors, broken links, schema issues, and Core Web Vitals performance gaps.
Perform in -depth keyword research and search intent analysis using Semrush or Ahrefs to identify high -volume, low -difficulty opportunities and conduct competitive content gap analysis.
Optimize on -page elements including H1 -H4 tags, meta titles, descriptions, image alt text, and internal linking structures within WordPress or Webflow.
Develop and execute ethical off -page SEO strategies, including digital PR outreach and link -building initiatives to improve Domain Authority (DA).
Build custom GA4 exploration reports to analyze user behavior and identify drop -off points in conversion funnels.
Ensure real -time, error -free lead delivery from Meta Lead Forms and landing page forms into the CRM via Zapier or Make automation workflows.

Proven hands -on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API (CAPI).
Expertise in SEO tools including Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog for technical audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and session recording tools like Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar.
Experience managing content and publishing workflows in WordPress or Webflow.
Strong understanding of lead automation using Zapier or Make to connect marketing tools with CRM platforms.
Demonstrated success in reducing CPL, increasing CTR, and improving organic visibility and conversion rates.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver measurable results in fast -paced environments.
