Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. This role is critical in managing multi-channel digital presence, optimizing paid and organic performance, and aligning marketing initiatives with business growth objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to refine campaigns, enhance website performance, and support B2B lead acquisition across key platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to support business goals.
Manage and optimize company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.
Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.
Create high-impact marketing content, including visuals, videos, reels, and copy for social and paid channels.
Improve SEO practices and website performance to boost organic reach and user experience.
Generate and nurture B2B leads through targeted digital campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
Collaborate closely with sales and branding teams to ensure alignment and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
Expertise in SEO, social media marketing (SMM), Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Proficient in creating engaging digital content, including video and visual assets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience managing multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
