We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of high-performance Search and Social campaigns from strategy to execution. You’ll be leading initiatives for exciting, fast-growing brands, driving measurable business results through sharp targeting, creative execution, and continuous optimization.

What You’ll Do
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop performance-driven media strategies across Search, Social, and emerging biddable channels.
Translate client objectives into actionable media plans with clear KPIs.
Lead audience targeting, messaging frameworks, and channel mix decisions.
Execution & Optimization
Launch and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and other biddable platforms.
Monitor campaign performance daily, optimizing for ROI, CPA, and other key metrics.
Conduct regular account audits to identify new growth opportunities.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary marketing advisor for assigned clients, delivering insights and recommendations.
Present performance reviews, forecasts, and strategic roadmaps.
Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account management teams to ensure alignment.
Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and guide junior performance marketers on best practices.
Help shape team processes and knowledge-sharing frameworks.
Drive innovation through testing, experimentation, and adoption of new tools.
Analytics & Reporting
Build performance dashboards and reports that highlight results and insights.
Track KPIs including CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall revenue impact.
Leverage data to refine targeting, creative strategy, and bidding models.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search and Paid Social campaign management.
Deep expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one additional biddable platform (e.g., Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to manage budgets of six figures+ while hitting performance goals.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred).
