Role Overview:

Eloit Innovations is seeking a talented and experienced
Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. As a Digital Marketing
Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing
efforts, with a strong focus on Google Ads, paid advertising, and HubSpot
expertise. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to
create and execute digital marketing strategies that maximize our online
presence and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Expertise: Leverage HubSpot's marketing
    automation platform to create and manage email marketing campaigns, lead
    nurturing workflows, and other digital marketing initiatives. Ensure seamless
    integration between HubSpot and other marketing tools.
  • Google Ads Management: Create, optimize, and
    manage Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and
    generate high -quality leads. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making
    data -driven adjustments to achieve optimal results
  • Paid Advertising: Develop and execute paid
    advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media and
    display advertising. Implement A/B testing and other strategies to improve
    campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • SEO and SEM: Collaborate with content creators
    to optimize website content for search engines (SEO). Manage search engine
    marketing (SEM) campaigns to enhance online visibility and drive targeted
    traffic.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze and
    report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like
    Google Analytics and HubSpot. Provide insights and recommendations for
    continuous improvement.
  • Lead Generation: Work closely with the sales
    team to generate high -quality leads through digital marketing efforts.
    Implement lead generation strategies and track lead conversion rates.

  • Content Strategy: Contribute to the development
    of content strategies that align with digital marketing initiatives, ensuring
    consistent messaging and brand positioning.
  • Budget
    Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively,
    allocating resources to campaigns that deliver the best results.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a
    related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital
    marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads, paid advertising, and HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in using Google Ads, Google
    Analytics, HubSpot, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and SEM best
    practices.
  • A track record of successful digital marketing
    campaigns with measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical and data -driven
    decision -making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and
    collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing
    (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) will be a plus.
