Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  
• Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  
• Drive qualified leads through paid and organic digital channels.
  
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings.
  
• Manage social media campaigns, content calendars, and digital promotions.
  
• Plan and execute email marketing and lead-nurturing campaigns.
  
• Monitor website performance, traffic, conversions, and user engagement.
  
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize budgets to improve ROI.
  
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
  
• Work with content, design, and sales teams to execute marketing campaigns.
  
• Track KPIs including leads, CPL, conversion rate, traffic, engagement, and ROI.
  
• Prepare regular digital marketing reports and performance insights.
  
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
  
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
  
• Experience managing digital marketing budgets and campaigns.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  
• Relevant digital marketing certifications will be an advantage.
