Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving our clients' online presence and growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of various digital marketing channels, with a primary focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. In this role, you will also be leading and supervising a team of 5-6 talented professionals, including Social Media Manager, Google Ads Manager, Design Head, and Designers, ensuring seamless collaboration and achieving outstanding results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to meet the specific goals and objectives of each client's digital campaigns.
Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms to maximize ROI and lead generation.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify trends and opportunities for our clients' campaigns.
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment between paid and organic social media efforts.
Oversee the Design Head and Designers to ensure the creation of visually appealing and effective ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing collateral.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Implement A/B testing and other testing methodologies to optimize ad copy, visuals, and landing pages for better conversion rates.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and industry developments in digital marketing and advertising.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for campaign updates, performance reports, and strategic consultations.
Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different digital channels to achieve the best possible results for clients.
Lead and mentor the team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with other teams within the agency, such as SEO, Content Marketing, and Analytics, to create integrated marketing strategies and comprehensive solutions for clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Demonstrable experience in creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various industries.
Experience in managing a team of 5-6 marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and achieving team goals.
Solid understanding of digital media strategy and the ability to align marketing efforts with clients' overall business objectives.
Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance metrics and analytics tools.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients and team members.
Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments.
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other relevant digital marketing platforms are desirable.
