Job Description - Digital Marketing Manager

We're looking for a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team!About Oxyzem Studio:Chennai-born, globally inspired, Oxyzem studio is a powerhouse of expertise combined who works on company’s main mission to “Transform ideas from mind to market, by engaging digital experiences, our studio specializes in innovative digital marketing strategies and pixel-perfect design solutions that inspire.”The Role:In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in crafting and executing our digital marketing strategy across various platforms. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media presence, analysing campaign performance, and driving brand awareness.Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create, manage, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales.Manage Social Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and oversee social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and others to engage audiences and build brand awareness.Conduct SEO and SEM: Perform ongoing keyword research, optimize website content for search engines (SEO), and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to improve search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic.Content Creation and Management: Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content for the website, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other digital platforms to engage and inform the audience.Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows, to nurture leads and retain customers.Analyse and Report Performance Metrics: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, developers, content creators, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts across all channels.Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing to ensure strategies remain effective and cutting-edge.Online Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the company's online reputation, including handling reviews, responding to customer feedback, and managing the brand's presence on review sites and social media.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred, but not required).Undergraduate degree (B.Sc, B.Tech/ B.E., B.Com) in any specialization considered.Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing (a plus).2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mind with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.Creative and passionate about digital marketing.Proficiency in social media marketing tools and platforms.Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary package + Incentives.Monthly salary payment.On-site work environment (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Be part of a growing and innovative team.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter to [email protected] look forward to hearing from you!
