Digital Marketing Senior Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Digital Marketing with at least 7 years of experience and an e-commerce/D2C background to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing various marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall brand performance. This role involves overseeing multiple aspects of marketing, including performance marketing, social media management, website optimization, digital marketing initiatives, product launches, public relations, and agency relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance marketing, retention marketing, and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Manage social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with the audience.
• Oversee UI/UX design, website content, and functionality to ensure optimal user experience.
• Execute digital marketing initiatives across various online channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Drive new product launches and oversee media buying and planning activities to reach target audiences effectively.
• Foster ideation and manage public relations and CRM strategies to maintain a positive brand image and customer relationships.
• Optimize website performance and user experience through continuous analysis and improvement efforts.
• Manage agency relationships to drive collaborative success in marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Execute performance marketing campaigns, analyze reports, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize impact.
• Proficient in UI/UX design, website management, branding, advertising, and media planning to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
