Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, email marketing, digital campaigns, and backlinking. Prior exposure to UAE/GCC markets while working from India will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email marketing, and other digital channels
• Manage and improve SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Lead and supervise a team of backlinking executives, ensuring high-quality and compliant link-building practices
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in UAE and GCC markets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and continuously optimize marketing outcomes

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing
• Experience in FinTech, HealthTech, recruitment platforms, or digital marketing agencies is preferred
• Strong understanding of SEO, backlinking strategies, and content optimization
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and automation platforms
• Proven ability to lead or mentor a small team
• Familiarity with the UAE/GCC digital marketing landscape is an added advantage
• Excellent analytical, communication, and execution skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates based in India and willing to relocate to Bangalore
• Experience managing international markets (UAE/GCC) from India
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
