The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to help scale the Turium brand globally.

This role is ideal for someone who loves creating content, telling stories, producing videos, running campaigns, growing communities, and using AI tools to accelerate marketing outcomes.

You will work directly with leadership, product teams, and sales teams to create content that educates, inspires, and generates demand across our product portfolio.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Brand Growth

• Own and manage Turium AI’s presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Instagram, and emerging platforms


• Create engaging content including posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos, and thought leadership content


• Build and execute content calendars aligned to product launches, customer success stories, and company milestones


• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and AI developments to create timely and relevant content


• Grow audience engagement, followers, and brand awareness

Content Marketing

• Write blogs, articles, case studies, newsletters, and product announcements


• Create compelling content around AI, automation, ERP, analytics, and digital transformation


• Collaborate with product teams to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging customer-focused messaging


• Assist in developing website content and landing pages

Product Demonstrations & Video Production

• Create professional product demonstrations, walkthroughs, tutorials, and promotional videos


• Script, record, edit, and publish video content


• Produce customer success stories and feature highlight videos


• Manage Turium’s YouTube channel and video content strategy

Email Marketing & Demand Generation

• Design and execute email campaigns, nurture sequences, and product communications


• Manage audience segmentation and campaign performance


• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and analytics


• Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives

Training & Customer Education

• Create user guides, onboarding materials, tutorials, and knowledge-base content


• Develop visual training assets and documentation


• Support customer adoption through educational content and resources

Marketing Analytics

• Track campaign performance across social, email, website, and video channels


• Produce monthly marketing reports and recommendations


• Monitor key metrics including engagement, lead generation, traffic, and conversions

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or brand marketing


• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills


• Experience managing social media platforms professionally


• Strong content creation and storytelling abilities


• Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar


• Experience creating and editing videos using tools such as Premiere Pro, Camtasia, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment


• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking

Preferred

• Experience marketing SaaS, AI, or technology products


• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization


• Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics


• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma


• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Perplexity, or similar platforms


• Startup experience is highly desirable

• Establish a consistent and engaging content engine


• Launch high-performing email marketing campaigns


• Create a library of professional product demonstrations and training content


• Increase website traffic, engagement, and marketing-qualified leads
