Purpose

Will be responsible for managing social ads campaigns, google ads campaigns, offers, and various digital marketing work to produce the right ROI. 

Responsibilities 

1. Managing Instagram and Facebook Posts, Boosted Posts, Ads campaigns with maximum ROI.
   




2. Manage Google SEM: PPC, Retargeting Ads, Display Ads with maximum ROI 
   




3. Manage offers on our website and social media. 
   




4. Identify and recommend opportunities to improve customer conversion rate
   




5. Regularly research keywords to continually expand and optimize.
   




6. Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
   




7. Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
   




8. Prepare and present reports regularly
   

Requirements

Required Role Competencies

1. Good English & Written Communication. 
   




2. Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions using data analytics. 
   




3. Several years of experience in digital marketing or similar role with proven success in managing paid campaigns with good ROI.
   




4. Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
   




5. Experience with website analytics tools 
   




6. Ability to come up with offers to increase gross sales. 
   




7. Min 3-5 years of relevant experience
