Digital Project Manager

 Lead client interaction in understanding digital requirements and proactively recommend solutions and approach

● Develop the overall approach, strategy, wireframe and modules of the project based on client briefs. This may involve bench marking, best -practice analysis, sitemap development and schematics.

● Present strategy and approach for confirmed projects, and pitch ideas and initiatives to clients

● Supervise the designing, coding, testing and overall implementation of digital projects with a special emphasis on quality, technology, UI/UX and responsiveness

● Lead a team and get the project through, on time

● Contribute to thought leadership and client education on digital aspects, conduct regular research on emerging global trends

● Be responsible for Stirrup’s digital presence and outreach

● Be a part of a larger, multi -disciplinary think tank within Stirrup to contribute ideas, thoughts and opportunities to engage with clients better

Requirements

Skills and competencies

● Strong understanding of digital technologies, website best practices and global trends, along with technical understanding of content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, Umbraco), coding etc.

● Decision -making ability with respect to best -fit route when faced with multiple options

● Ability to understand a client brief, appreciate corporate requirements, and build detailed structures/wireframes/specifications for websites, online annual reports, digital campaigns and social media content

● Ability to work in a fast -paced deadline -oriented environment, on multiple complex assignments

● Outstanding communication, interpersonal, presentation and time management skills

Qualifications and experience

● UG/PG, preferably in Marketing/Communications or Mass Media

● Consistent exposure to digital communication and experience of having participated in large website builds

● 1 -2 years of experience with a large digital focused agency across roles that require client interface and the responsibility of delivering large digital projects, both in India and abroad

● Background of established digital agencies and web development specialists is preferable, though not essential

● Understanding of project management tools, web methodologies and analytics
