As a User Experience Designer:

• Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs. 

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user problems and co-create solutions. 

• Create interaction design patterns, UI specifications, and design documentation. 

• Participate in design reviews and clearly articulate design decisions backed by research and UX principles. 

• Ensure consistency through adherence to design systems and contribute to its evolution where necessary. 

• Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and competitor analysis to uncover insights and opportunities. 

• Support in planning and executing usability tests and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations. 

• Work in an agile environment and contribute to sprint planning, ceremonies, and product iterations. 

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field. (Equivalent practical experience also considered.)
• 2–4 years of professional experience in UX design for web/mobile products. 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes, problem‑solving skills, and end‑to-end design work.  

• Experience with design systems and component libraries 

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. 

• Foundation in UX principles, user research methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design. 

• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and confidently to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. 

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. 

• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility fundamentals. 

Nice to have Skills:

• Exposure to motion design, micro‑interactions, or UX writing. 

• Experience working in agile/lean product teams.
