Job Role: BE/B.Tech. /MCA or equivalent 3- 4 years of experience in software testing, Telecom products, BSS, OSS products like Siebel CRM with Web Portal/Online products (websites etc.) with at least ISTQB foundation certified. Experience with Test Management Tools ALM, JIRA Xray Good understanding of test methodologies as waterfall and agile. Good Experience in test case designing. Knowledge of different channel where order can be placed. E.g. Siebel CRM, Online Service and Portal * Good experience on functional testing of E2E Order Capturing through CRM system, Order Processing journey Good understanding of various Telecom Product type, E2E life cycle of Products, Associated Pricing Plan * Good communication skills (onshore-offshore model) Knowledge of telecom billing/rating fundamentals. Knowledge on Selenium scripting and script execution Good exposure to Unix and SQL. Jenkins will be added advantage.
