Digital Transformation Executive

Designation : Executive - Digital Transformation

Experience : Up to 2 years of Experience – Graduate from reputed Engineering College

Essential Experience:-

a) Prior experience in providing technical support of systems/applications

b) Knowledge of Internet Applications, Process Control systems, MS Office

c) Basic awareness of Digital technologies such as IoT, Analytics, Cloud, Mobility etc.

d) Basic Knowledge of Process Instruments i.e. PLC, SCADA, Field Instruments, Sensors, Controllers, Drives, Communication protocols skills

e) Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, MQTT, and DDS.

f) Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and quality control methodologies.

g) Strong knowledge of IoT technologies, data analytics, AI/ML, and automation systems.

h) Familiarity with programming languages (Python, R, Java, etc.) for data analysis and system integration.

i) Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems is a plus.

j) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

k) Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

l) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

m) Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure secure and reliable data transmission and storage.

n) Basis knowledge of cloud platform such as Azure, AWS etc.

4. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for company

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying smart manufacturing solutions to enhance processes and operations.

6. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure and seamless integration of smart manufacturing systems with existing infrastructure.

7. Develop and manage data collection and analysis systems to monitor real-time manufacturing performance and identify areas for improvement.
