Core Responsibilities:

• Target mid and enterprise -level brands across diverse sectors in India.
  
• Build long -term relationships with CMOs, brand heads, and digital marketing leaders.
  
• Initiate new client acquisition through proactive outbound sales efforts.
  
• Manage the full sales funnel from lead generation to contract closure.
  
• Partner with internal creative teams to build persuasive ad proposals and presentation decks.
  
• Represent the company in advertising forums, digital marketing summits, and business meets.
  
• Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities.
  

Requirements

• 4 -5 years in advertising sales, media sales, or creative agency business development.
  
• Strong network within digital marketing and branding circles.
  
• Familiarity with video advertising, motion graphics, and digital campaign strategies.
  
• Strong commercial mindset with effective negotiation skills.
  
• Self -starter with strong ownership mentality.
