Digital Webmaster

    Four years of college resulting in a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

·       WordPress and HubSpot courses/certifications or equivalent a plus

·       Understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce: The Customer Company

·       5+ years of proven experience leading the technical functions of well-trafficked evolving websites and digital platforms

·       Experience implementing brand standards across digital platforms, with a focus on enhancing user experience and design

·       Ability to apply independent judgment, discretion and reasoning to address a wide range of problems and develop solutions, and to identify and refer more complex problems to appropriate staff

·       Ability to work on multiple competing projects and plan and prioritize work activities to meet organizational goals and deliverables

·       Highly motivated self-starter, independent learner and worker, with a high energy, strong interpersonal and attention to detail skills

·       Excellent customer service, strong communication skills, both written and oral

Required Technical Skills:

o   Superior knowledge of current web-design trends, standards and best practices

o   Experience with web content management; comfortable working with user interfaces (UI)

o   Understanding of how content, design and user interface work together to create an optimal user experience

o   Experience with digital web properties development and maintenance, following a user-centered design approach

o   Expert knowledge and front-end experience of WordPress, HTML 5 and CSS 3

o   Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and Bootstrap

o   Strong experience building websites across the major browsers and minimizing load times

o   Expert Knowledge of SEO / SEM and associated tools

o   Experience with Google Analytics

o   Experience with WPEngine, HubSpot (HubL), Unily, Ahrefs and/or SEMrush

o   Experience with PHP and MySQL or general scripting knowledge

o   Experience with Accessibility Compliance (WCAG, ADA and AODA)

o   Experience with GRDP Compliance and utilizing tools such as CookiePro by OneTrust

o   Experience with LESS or CSS Preprocessors

o   Experience with A/B testing

o   Experience managing and optimizing a website for B2B organization

o   Experience with graphical applications such as Adobe Creative Suite
