Digital Workplace Analyst

Job Purpose    

The responsibility of the analyst is to handle incoming service requests and incidents that fall under the Digital Workplace Services scope.

The analyst takes ownership and ensures timely delivery to ensure the highest quality of service.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

 •    Manage and support endpoint solutions including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and endpoints.
•    Administer and support Microsoft Intune, SCCM (MECM), Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Windows 10/11 environments.
•    Support device lifecycle management including provisioning, compliance, patching, software deployment, and decommissioning.
•    Handle user account administration activities in coordination with joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
•    Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint security configurations.
•    Coordinate with managed service providers (MSPs) and vendors such as DXC for operational execution and service delivery activities.
•    Maintain operational understanding of Microsoft Exchange Online, Azure services, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem to support coordination, troubleshooting, governance, and service improvements.
•    Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint, application, identity, and device-related incidents and service requests.
•    Support software packaging, deployment, patch management, and application lifecycle management.
•    Maintain endpoint inventory and governance using tools such as Lansweeper and endpoint management platforms.
•    Support compliance, audit, and security requirements related to endpoint and workplace services, including ISO 27001 and TISAX controls where applicable.
•    Assist in preparation and remediation activities for audits, security reviews, and compliance assessments.
•    Ensure endpoint configurations and operational processes align with corporate security standards and policies.
•    Contribute to workplace automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Support rollout and adoption of new workplace technologies and services.
•    Participate in workplace transformation projects and operational improvement initiatives.

Skills & Technical Competences & Behaviors

•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent working experience
•    Good spoken and written English 
•    Ability to work in non-standard work hours when necessary
•    Strong Troubleshooting and analytical skills
•    Awareness of ISO 27001 and TISAX requirements
•    Knowledge of ITIL Framework, Processes and Roles 
•    Familiar with ServiceNow or other ITSM Systems
•    Ability to work in global support environments
•    Ownership and accountability in service delivery
•    Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving workplace technology
