About Digital Transformation Practice

Digital Transformation Practice focusses on delivering superior performance and driving transformation agenda across industries through the use of technology. In India, the practice is based out of Gurgaon and consultants travel globally working with clients across multiple geographies.

What are we looking for?

Kearney is looking for talented Digital Transformation (DT) consultants with 5 - 10 years’ overall experience of working in technology and strategy role with leading consulting firms or technology focused organizations.

As a Consultant, you will be working day-to-day alongside clients and peers – collaborating and co-creating. Projects are fast-paced and impactful, offering you the opportunity to learn by doing. You will also have opportunities to contribute to various thought leadership initiatives. What you’ll bring in (Key Competencies/ Functional Skills required for the role):

• Strong consulting background with hands on experience in IT Strategy, IT Operating Model, IT Cost Reduction, IT Due Diligence, IT Sourcing, IT Architecture, Cloud, Digital Supply Chain Capabilities (SAP, Oracle, etc.), Agile, DevOps, Technology Integration & Divestiture, etc.

Qualifications and Desired Attributes

• MBA from tier-1 institutes with proven record of academic excellence


• Team player with positive attitude in a group dynamic


• Flexible and ability to propose innovative ideas


• Ability to build network within the firm and win the trust of the clients


• Multicultural competence and experience of working in multiple geographies and global clients


• Open to travel and work at global client locations


• Excellent verbal and communication skills
