  Should be able to conduct tolerance analysis and dimensional variation studies to optimize product quality and manufacturing processes

  Experience developing and implementing measurement plans and inspection methodologies to validate part dimensions and ensure compliance with engineering drawings. 
  
  


• 
  
  Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality, to resolve dimensional issues and improve overall product performance. 
  
  


• 
  
  Good experience in advanced statistical tools and software (such as Monte Carlo simulations) to perform tolerance stack-up analyses and determine product dimensional variation. 
  
  


• 
  
  Experience in conducting tolerance stack up analysis to ensure compliance with design specifications and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) standards 
  
  


• 
  
  Responsible for assembling, organizing, and maintaining 1D stacks according to project specifications and timelines.
