Dining Associate

The Dining Associate is responsible for supporting restaurant service operations, assisting guests, and ensuring a smooth dining experience through efficient customer service and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with seating, service, and dining requirements.

• Support order -taking and food service activities.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service.

• Follow company service standards and hygiene protocols.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 9th Pass.

• Basic English and Hindi communication skills required.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant service, hospitality, or customer service roles.

• Experience in dine -in restaurant operations preferred.

Compensation

• CTC: ₹23,000 per month.

• Approx. In -hand Salary: ₹21,200 per month.

Work Timings

• 6 Days Working with Rotational Week Off.

• Shift -Based Working Hours (9 Hours).
