Direct Taxation (Mandatory)

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for
  individuals, firms, and companies
  
• Tax computation, working of provisions, and reconciliations
  
• TDS calculations, return filing, and compliance management
  
• Advance tax and self-assessment tax workings
  
• Maintaining tax records and compliance documentation
  
• Assisting in responding to Income Tax notices and departmental
  communications.
  

Tax Litigation & Appeals

• Drafting and filing replies to notices, scrutiny, and
  assessment proceedings
  
• Preparation and submission of appeal filings before CIT(A),
  ITAT, and other authorities
  
• Compiling case files, supporting documents, and legal
  submissions
  
• Coordination with consultants, advocates, and tax authorities
  
• Tracking litigation matters, deadlines, and hearing schedules
  
• Assisting in representation and follow-up for ongoing tax cases
