We are seeking motivated Direct Tax Litigation Associates to join our growing tax practice. This role is ideal for both fresh Chartered Accountants (CA) and Law Graduates (LLB) with relevant internship experience, as well as professionals with up to 5 years of experience in direct tax litigation and advisory. You will work on complex tax disputes, support client representations, and contribute to advisory assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review replies, appeals, and submissions for tax authorities and appellate forums.
• Conduct legal research on case laws, amendments, and judicial precedents.
• Assist in proceedings before Assessing Officer (AO), CIT(A), ITAT, and higher courts.
• Provide advisory and compliance support on direct tax matters.
• Coordinate with clients for documentation, filing, and follow-ups related to appeals.
• Support senior professionals in developing litigation strategies and client deliverables.

Requirements

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Law Graduate (LLB).
• Experience: Freshers with relevant internship experience (up to 6 months) or professionals with up to 5 years of experience in direct tax litigation or advisory.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and research skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning.
