Director - Business Intelligence

As the Director – Business Intelligence, your mission will be to ensure every key business decision at Seekho is backed by sharp insights, a unified metric language, and predictive intelligence.

You will lead analytics strategy across Growth, Product, and Content — building a single source of truth for performance, defining the KPI framework that the company runs on, and creating dashboards that teams genuinely rely on to move faster.

Beyond reporting, you will own the roadmap for predictive modeling across churn, LTV, and conversion, enabling Seekho to anticipate outcomes, identify high-leverage opportunities, and take action early.

This is a high-impact leadership role with direct collaboration with leadership, where your work will shape how Seekho scales, retains users, and grows sustainably.

• 8–12 years of experience in consumer internet analytics / BI.
• Strong SQL proficiency with a strong analytical and modeling foundation.
• Experience building predictive models (churn, LTV, conversion, forecasting).
• Ability to create and scale a unified KPI framework across teams.
• Strong dashboarding and reporting experience with high adoption and usability.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and storytelling with leadership-level influence.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with a high-ownership, high-agency mindset.
