Job Description - Director - Credit

Chartered Accountant / MBA from Tier 1 colleges
5-8 years of experience in risk underwriting, Regional sales and regional P&L roles in NBFCs with large SME lending products portfolio (ex: LAP)
To create and manage 'Working Capital Loans' as a product for Suppliers on Zetwerk Platform.
To create the business plan, Strategy roadmap and implementation processes for scaling WC loans to SME suppliers could be the best match for our requirement.
Responsible for Debt funding and lending operations
To build a strong team and setting up the people processes for scale
Responsible for building a debt capital book for Zetwerk to be used for lending to SME suppliers.
Setting up the internal process for risk underwriting while sanctioning the loan to SME suppliers
To build a larger debt capital book for Zetwerk with potential partnerships, and to create up to 100 Cr Debt capital source within a year.
