Job Title: Director –
Customer Success & Growth

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 12–18+ years

 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success

  • Own
    end -to -end customer success for strategic and enterprise accounts

  • Act
    as the executive sponsor and primary point of contact for customers

  • Drive
    customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and advocacy

  • Conduct
    regular QBRs and success reviews with client stakeholders

Growth &
Expansion

  • Identify
    and execute upsell, cross -sell, and account expansion opportunities

  • Develop
    and own account growth plans and revenue forecasts

  • Partner
    with Sales to convert expansion opportunities into revenue

Relationship &
Stakeholder Management

  • Build
    strong relationships with C -level and senior client stakeholders

  • Proactively
    manage risks, escalations, and customer expectations

  • Align
    internal teams to deliver consistent customer outcomes

Strategy &
Leadership

  • Define
    and scale customer success frameworks, metrics, and best practices

  • Lead
    and mentor Customer Success / Account Management teams

  • Provide
    customer insights to leadership to influence growth strategy

 

Required Skills &
Qualifications

  • 12–18+
    years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client
    Growth roles

  • Proven
    track record of retaining and growing enterprise accounts

  • Strong
    commercial and negotiation skills

  • Experience
    managing executive -level client relationships

  • Excellent
    communication, presentation, and leadership abilities

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience
    in IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting

  • Exposure
    to global clients and multi -geo account
