Director Finance & Capital

We are looking for a senior finance leader to head the Finance & Capital function. The role will be responsible for fundraising, structured finance, treasury management, investor relations, banking relationships, financial governance, and strategic capital planning.

The candidate will report directly to the CEO and work closely with investors, banks, NBFCs, board members, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead institutional fundraising through Private Equity (PE), Structured Debt, LRD, Joint Ventures, and Project Finance.
  
• Design and execute capital strategies across multiple business verticals.
  
• Manage investor, lender, bank, and NBFC relationships.
  
• Lead treasury operations, cash flow planning, and working capital management.
  
• Drive debt refinancing and capital optimization initiatives.
  
• Build investor-grade financial models, IRR analysis, and capital allocation frameworks.
  
• Develop board-level reporting, governance dashboards, and risk management systems.
  
• Mentor and lead the finance function, including CFO and finance teams.
  
• Support business growth through strategic financial planning and capital deployment.
  

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  
• 12–18 years of progressive finance leadership experience
  
• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role (CFO / VP Finance / Finance Director / Head Finance)
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in:
