Director - Global SaaS Sales
Location: Hybrid (Noida)

Experience: 5+ years

Compensation: ₹24–28 LPA fixed + variable + 0.35% equity

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands -on sales leader to build outbound pipeline and sell our platform to global software companies.

This role requires a consultative approach to selling, the ability to navigate complex decision cycles, and the confidence to explain financial and compliance value to senior stakeholders.

You will help build trust with prospects and convert qualified opportunities into long -term customers.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build and execute outbound strategies to reach global software companies

  • Identify, engage, and qualify high -potential prospects

  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand compliance and financial pain points

  • Present value clearly to finance, tax, and leadership stakeholders

  • Navigate complex buying processes and close deals

  • Maintain a strong pipeline and predictable sales motion

  • Collaborate with product and compliance teams to address customer concerns

  • Provide market feedback to improve positioning and messaging


What We’re Looking For:
Must Have:
  • 5+ years experience selling SaaS solutions

  • Experience selling to global software or technology companies

  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline -building experience

  • Experience navigating multi -stakeholder sales processes

  • Consultative selling approach and strong communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of revenue goals

Strong Plus:

  • Fintech or financial product sales experience

  • Experience selling compliance, tax, or finance -related solutions

Interview Process:

Step 2: Sales Presentation Round
Step 3: Discovery & Objection Handling Simulation
Step 4: Pipeline & Deal Strategy Discussion

Step 5: Final Conversation (Ownership & Alignment)


We focus on practical problem -solving and real -world simulations.
After Joining:

Phase 1: Understand the platform, compliance workflows, and customer value and go on sales calls with Founders

Phase 2: Begin outbound outreach and build a qualified sales pipeline
