Requirements:

• 10+ years of impactful experience in the US Healthcare Payer industry, with a proven track record of driving meaningful outcomes.
• 15–18 years of IT experience across varied domains, demonstrating depth and adaptability in technology leadership.
• Domain expertise in Provider operations (Credentialing, Contracting, Directories & Provider Data Management) with a partnering mindset to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated success leading and growing high-performing application development teams—mentoring, coaching, and cultivating technical excellence.
• Strong delivery leadership: consistently delivers complex projects and programs on time, within scope, and with measurable business benefits.
• Strategic demand, capacity planning, and forecasting experience that aligns IT delivery with business priorities and budget realities.
• Broad technology fluency across stacks (Mainframe, Java, APIs) with the ability to advocate for the right mix of technologies to solve business problems.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills—able to influence, align, and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
• Robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities—data-driven decision-making to de-risk initiatives.
• Change-agent mindset: adept at negotiating, navigating a matrixed organization, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Customer-focused and outcomes-oriented: passionate about delivering value to providers, members, and internal clients.
