Collaborate with internal technology, engineering, and corporate stakeholders to identify strategic alignment and opportunities with potential investment candidates Perform financial modeling and valuation to assess the viability and growth potential of prospective investments Prepare investment memos and presentations to present investment recommendations to the investment committee Build and manage relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and other partners in the venture ecosystem Establishes strong and distinctive relationships within and outside the company Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. MBA, Advanced Technical or Engineering degree strongly preferred At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a semiconductor or deeptech-focused venture capital firm or within a corporate venture capital group focused on semiconductors and/or deeptech Total relevant industry experience of at least 15 years Experience at a startup is a plus Experience in product management, technology development, business development, and/or corporate development is a strong plus Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively Demonstrated passion for innovation and entrepreneurship Ability to work with little supervision Self-Starter, Creative and flexible problem solver who can cope with ambiguity and uncertainty
