We are looking for a commercially driven and customer-obsessed product leader to spearhead our Loyalty and Customer Growth Platforms. In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of engagement ecosystems that strengthen retention, maximize lifetime value, and deepen brand affinity.
This position requires a strategic thinker who can build scalable loyalty infrastructures while remaining deeply connected to execution. You will transform customer insights into innovative reward mechanics, engagement journeys, and monetization opportunities—creating measurable impact on repeat purchase behavior and long-term revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Growth Strategy
Define and lead a comprehensive loyalty and engagement strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
Develop long-term product roadmaps focused on retention, frequency growth, and value expansion.
Identify emerging opportunities in gamification, subscription models, experiential rewards, and partner ecosystems.
Ensure loyalty initiatives directly contribute to revenue acceleration and customer stickiness.
Loyalty Architecture & Program Design
Design scalable loyalty structures including tier-based programs, points ecosystems, cashback frameworks, and membership benefits.
Create differentiated engagement mechanics that enhance advocacy and brand affinity.
Optimize reward cost structures while improving CLTV and ROI.
Drive strategic partnerships to enrich the value proposition of the loyalty ecosystem.
Data & Performance Optimization
Define and track KPIs related to engagement rate, repeat purchase frequency, retention cohorts, and satisfaction metrics.
Lead experimentation initiatives using A/B testing and cohort analysis to refine program performance.
Translate behavioral insights into targeted personalization strategies.
Continuously benchmark competitive offerings to ensure market differentiation.
Execution & Delivery Excellence
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics to deliver seamless product experiences.
Convert high-level strategic goals into detailed product requirement documents and sprint plans.
Manage the full product lifecycle from concept validation to post-launch optimization.
Establish strong governance frameworks, prioritization models, and agile rituals.
Leadership & Team Development
Build and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers.
Foster a culture rooted in innovation, accountability, and customer-centric thinking.
Align stakeholders around product vision and communicate measurable business outcomes.
