Job Summary

As the Head of Human
Resources, you will lead the HR function in a dynamic and fast -paced IT
environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR
strategies that align with our client's business goals, fostering a culture of
innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. This role will involve
overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management,
training and development, and compensation and benefits, ensuring that the
company attracts, develops, and retains top talent in the industry.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

 

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Our
    client’s business objectives and support growth in the competitive PV IT
    sector.

  • Advise senior management on HR -related issues,
    providing insight on organizational development.

  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement,
    productivity, and retention in a high -tech, rapidly evolving work
    environment.


Talent Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding
    processes to attract top talent for India, Japan and the USA.

  • Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high
    performance and professional growth.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and
    provide guidance on disciplinary actions.

  • Ensure compliance with company acts and laws and
    employment standards.

  • Organize employee engagement activities and events to
    foster a strong company culture

  • Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are
    up -to -date and compliant with local, state, and federal laws.

Training and Development:

  • Design and implement training programs to develop
    employees’ skills and competencies.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and
    development across the organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Maintain competitive compensation and benefits packages
    to attract and retain employees.

  • Regularly review and update compensation structures
    based on industry benchmarks.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 12 -18 years of HR experience, including
    5 -7 years in a leadership position, ideally within the IT sector.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, HR best
    practices, and organizational development.

  • Strong leadership abilities, coupled with excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Capable of handling confidential information with the
    utmost integrity and professionalism.

  • Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of
    business operations.

  • Effective problem -solving and decision -making
    capabilities.

  • Skilled in influencing and building relationships
    across all levels of the organization.

  • Expertise in HR metrics and data analysis.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast -changing,
    dynamic work environment.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing HR
    strategies in a rapidly evolving, tech -focused environment.

  • In -depth
    understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of the PV IT
    industry.
