Director of Marketing

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high -performing marketing team of six and manage a network of freelancers.
  

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure seamless campaign alignment.
  

• Drive demand generation through ABM, paid social, webinars, and email marketing.
  

• Oversee content marketing efforts, including blogs, eBooks, videos, and webinars.
  

• Enhance our digital presence through SEO and social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
  

• Ensure smooth marketing automation and personalized content delivery.
  

• Track and report key performance metrics (MQLs, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline growth).
  

• Manage the monthly marketing budget effectively.
  

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  

• Proven expertise in B2B tech marketing and building scalable strategies.
  

• Strong content marketing, digital marketing, and demand generation knowledge.
  

• Experience working with marketing automation tools (like HubSpot, Marketo).
  

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Strong relationship -building and stakeholder management abilities.
