About this role 

As Director of Product Management, you will lead our product strategy and roadmap development across our predictive maintenance solution portfolio. This executive-level position requires a strategic thinker with deep domain knowledge in industrial manufacturing processes who can translate industry challenges into innovative product solutions. You will oversee a team of product managers while collaborating with executive leadership to shape the company's long-term vision and growth trajectory. 

What You'll Do:   

• Define and execute the comprehensive product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives and market opportunities 

• Guide a team of product managers, sofware developers and data scientist, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development 

• Focus on streamlining the team, product development process, forecasting resources, and managing the team. 

• Identify new market opportunities and develop business cases for product investments 

• Establish product metrics and KPIs that measure business impact and drive accountability 

• Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to market, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions 

• Develop deep expertise in process industry challenges and translate them into product requirements 

• Champion design thinking and customer-centric product development methodologies 

• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement 

• Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, synthesizing feedback from multiple stakeholders 

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings 

• Partner with Engineering to ensure effective product development and delivery 

• Collaborate with Data Science teams to leverage AI/ML capabilities in product offerings 

• Work with Customer Success to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of solutions 

• Coordinate with Sales to develop compelling value propositions and pricing strategies 

• Engage with Finance to develop business models and ROI analyses for product investments 

Qualifications 

• 15+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role 

• Mandatory: Extensive experience in manufacturing within process industries (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power Generation) 

• Proven track record developing and launching successful B2B SaaS products for industrial applications 

• Experience leading and scaling product management teams in high-growth environments 

• Deep understanding of industrial IoT, predictive analytics, and machine learning applications 

• Strong background in developing product strategies that drive measurable business outcomes 

• Experience with industrial asset management, maintenance operations, or reliability engineering 

• Exceptional leadership skills with ability to influence across all levels of an organization 

• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
